Philip Wainwright is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of construction engineering experience. His residential construction career includes 22 projects and 11,500 units covering multifamily, elderly and senior living; housing authority rehab; low and high rise; as well as several notable state, federal HUD, and Farmers Home special housing programs.

During his long career in housing Dr. Wainwright has served as a registered federal lobbyist for America’s housing industry, becoming known on Wall Street and in the banking community as an industry leader in the funding of numerous State and Federal Housing Bond programs across the United States. For several years, he has been on the cutting edge of America's health care facilities development for government aged care and private sector senior assisted living.

Drawing on his lifetime of experience in the development, construction and financing of housing projects and his international grasp of environmentally friendly Eco–Housing trends, Dr. Wainwright has been asked to lead SMI–Housing, a USA division of SpartaMatrix International. SMI-Housing utilizes the world’s most advanced concepts to provide residential units that are the most technologically sound, green, smart, energy efficient, and affordable.

Said Dr. Wainwright, “Our future demands that the best possible resource planning be expertly applied, assuring the most practical measures and beneficial green material are included for each of our projects. I am delighted to have been asked by the Board to lead our team in delivering their efforts to deliver sustainable development based projects for America.”

Dr. Wainwright holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, as well as doctoral degrees from London International Law (Juris Doctorate) and London Economics (PhD). He is fluent in both French and German.

Karen Gonzales is a professional with over ten years of relevant business experience, domestic as well as international. She has a solid background in: real estate, construction, management, corporate communications, public relations, and marketing.

Having lived and worked abroad, Ms. Gonzalez has developed a remarkable acumen in international business matters and has gained a broad range of experience dealing with governmental, military, and foreign affairs.

Ms. Gonzalez graduated from Emily Griffith Community College, in Colorado and is an alumnus of Auburn University in Alabama. She speaks several languages, including Spanish and Italian.

Ms. Gonzales is based in Southern Florida.

Geoffrey Pierce’s twenty years of experience in technology and real estate related fields adds perfect synergy to the team. A Navy veteran, his work in cutting edge technology companies provides the background necessary for innovative solutions to today’s advanced energy-saving challenges. Mr. Pierce has worked on projects ranging from Boeing spacecraft skin, breakthrough medical devices and the world’s most advanced photolithography lasers.

Mr. Pierce’s project management, planning and design skills compliment his technological experience as well as his real estate experience. He has over 10 years in real estate acquisition and development, with innovations in design and construction that are still being used today. He is currently locating and accessing projects throughout the country.

Mr. Pierce is based in Southern California.

Keith MacDonald | Print |  E-mail
Keith MacDonald has worked from the ground up, from apprentice to supervisor, in the construction trades. After attending Northeastern University in Boston and Univ. of South Florida in Tampa, Mr. MacDonald worked as a construction assistant for new commercial construction projects and on large-scale renovation/conversion projects in Boston, Cambridge, (MA), Washington DC and Northern VA. He later entered into a construction partnership, building smaller scale residential additions and outbuildings. For the past two decades, Mr. MacDonald owned his own light construction company offering painting, siding and roofing services to residential homes and general contractors in northern MA and Martha's Vineyard. His corporate clients included Sears Automotive, National Tire and Battery (NTB), Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P Stores), Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell and Pepsi Corporation.

Recently, he joined SpartaMatrix, Inc. as a writer and sales representative for the company's Ports Directory division. He has authored two automotive history books and one book of his published works of humor. He lives on Florida's Treasure Coast.
